On one of her relatively recent visits to Africa (on a safari) Kay had an incident which prompted her to start a charity to collect shoes for the disadvantaged people in Africa who cannot even afford to buy a pair of shoes. Right after the incident the idea of Shoes For Souls entered her mind as something she could do which could help the situation there as far as supplying decent shoes for the needy.
If you are like many of us you just might have good shoes that you never or rarely wear that are sitting gathering dust in your closet. These can be put to good use by donating them to Kay’s Shoes for Souls program.
